A fully managed Enact deployment in our Reykjavík (IS-1) data center with Mistral AI included — no API keys required. You get 5,000,000 Mistral tokens per month (enough for hundreds of long conversations), one-click Telegram connect, automated encrypted backups, and EU/EEA jurisdiction.
03What happens if I hit the 5 million token limit?
Your agents will politely let you know you've reached the monthly quota and invite you to either upgrade to a higher tier or paste in your own Mistral / Gemini key to keep going. Quota resets the first of every month and there are no overage charges.
04Where is Cloud Vault hosted and what jurisdiction applies?
Cloud Vault runs in Icelandic data centers under Icelandic and EU/EEA jurisdiction on 100% geothermal power. Data is geofenced and never routed through US infrastructure, keeping it outside the reach of the US CLOUD Act and FISA 702. Mistral inference runs in Paris.
05Do you offer refunds?
